Nurse Family Partnership of the Treasure Coast

is a multi-county collaborative covering three (3) counties to include: Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie County (SLC). In addition, St. Lucie County oversees the administration and implementation of the program.

The goal of this program is to improve pregnancy and birth outcomes, child health and development, and life course goals.
